Great logger, solid warranty!

Anyone know the Elitech HVAC tool warranty? The Multi-use Temperature Logger works perfectly and I'm curious about future purchases. 👍

Good value for a first buy

I was looking for a decent temperature logger without spending too much. The RC-5 USB Temperature Data Logger was a good find. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount, which definitely helped with the overall cost. Shipping was free because my order went over $99, which was nice. It arrived in about a week. The software setup took a little longer than expected, but the logger itself works well for what I need. Felt like a solid purchase for the price.

Decent HVAC tools, some packaging issues

I ordered the Digital Manifold Gauge Set and a Refrigerant Leak Detector. The tools themselves seem robust and well-made, exactly what I expected for the price point. Delivery was within the promised 5-7 days. My only minor issue was with the packaging; the leak detector's box was a little crushed, though the product inside was fine. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the manifold's calibration certificate. Overall, a good experience and I'd consider buying from them again for future needs.

Needed a Refrigerant Leak Detector

I grabbed a Refrigerant Leak Detector from Elitech a little while back. Needed one for some home AC work. It got here pretty fast, like, in about 3 days. The detector works well, found a small leak no problem. It was easy to use, nothing complicated. Just seemed like a good, solid tool for the price. Happy with how it turned out.

Reliable as always, minor delay

This was my third order from Elitech, this time for a GSP-6 Temperature and Humidity Data Logger. Their products are consistently reliable, which is why I keep coming back. My previous orders arrived a bit quicker; this one took 6 days to get to me in Portland, which felt a little slow compared to before. Everything was packaged well, and the logger is working perfectly. I appreciate that their software is easy to use across different models. Good to know I can count on them for quality equipment.

Great deal on a quality logger

As a first-time buyer, I was really looking for value, and Elitech Technology delivered. I snagged an RC-5 USB Temperature Data Logger during their seasonal clearance. The price was significantly better than what I saw elsewhere, which made the purchase feel really smart. The logger arrived quickly, and setting it up with the software was straightforward. It's working perfectly for monitoring my fridge temperatures. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth and then some, which is always a win when you're on a budget.

Good value, minor shipping delay

I ordered the GSP-6 Temperature and Humidity Data Logger for my lab. The product itself is solid and performs as expected, offering good accuracy for the price point. The build quality feels decent too. My only minor issue was that shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated; it arrived in about 6 days when I was hoping for something closer to 3 or 4. However, customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was helpful. Overall, a positive experience, and I would consider them again for future needs.

RC-5+ works great

Bought the RC-5+ PDF Data Logger. It came fast. Easy to set up. Does its job. No complaints with the product itself. Packaging was a bit bulky for such a small item.

RC-5+ is fantastic!

I just got the RC-5+ PDF Data Logger and it's absolutely fantastic! Setting it up was a breeze, and it works perfectly for what I need. The reports are super clear and easy to understand. I'm so happy with this purchase and will definitely be back for more gear. Highly recommend Elitech Technology to all my colleagues!
